What is Lowell Transitional Living Center?
The Lowell Transitional Living Center is the largest homeless shelter and support organization north of Boston with 60 beds and 30 emergency beds. They also provide resources such as community meals serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner every day, toiletries, clothing, case management, health care, counseling, financial management, and helping guests make the transition to stable, permanent housing.
